华为展示自研DoB封装技术突破大容量SSD储存极限

据 Blocks & Files 报导，在 2026 年 5 月巴黎举行的华为 ID Forum 活动中，华为展示了其自主研发的 Die-on-Board (DoB) 技术，并基于此技术推出了系列大容量 SSD。
报导指出，在美国贸易制裁的背景下，华为难以取得主流供应商 (如三星、美光) 百层以上的 3D NAND 晶片
。为了维持竞争力，华为研发出专有的 Die-on-Board 技术，成功量产 122.88 TB 的超大容量 SSD，并计划未来推出 245 TB 版本。
传统 SSD 是将多个 NAND 晶圆封装在 TSOP 或 BGA 晶片内，再焊接至印刷电路板 (PCB)；而华为的 DoB 技术则是将晶圆直接放置在 PCB 上。这种晶圆级封装技术能实现更紧密的集成，使容量密度提升 33% 并降低成本，尽管其在散热管理与讯号完整性上面临较高挑战。
华为已将此技术应用于 OceanStor Pacific 9926 等储存系统，在 2U 的机架空间内可容纳 36 颗 122.88 TB SSD，提供高达 4.42 PB 的原始容量。此外，华为还展示了针对 AI 优化的 SSD(如 LC 560)，采用 36 层堆叠制程突破传统限制，并在主控晶片中整合 AI 加速单元，达成「存算一体」，使资料传输能耗大幅降低 80%。
虽然目前 Kioxia 等厂商已开始向超大规模客户提供 245 TB SSD 样本，但华为透过 DoB 技术的自主创新，已显著缩小与全球顶尖储存供应商的技术差距。这项技术目前已应用于其 OceanDisk 系列产品，助力企业储存迈向更高密度与节能的未来。
