川普发文也能卖到月费10万美元！Truth Social遭控违宪

美国总统川普因旗下社群平台Truth Social推出高价资讯服务而遭到提告。新闻机构The Intercept Media与非营利组织新闻自由基金会(Freedom of the Press Foundation)周三向纽约曼哈顿联邦法院提起诉讼，要求阻止川普媒体暨科技集团(Trump Media & Technology Group)(DJT-US)向付费客户出售川普贴文的优先存取权，批评这项安排既「腐败」又违宪。

川普媒体7月宣布推出Truth API，让订阅者以机器可读取的资料流，在数毫秒内取得Truth Social热门帐号公开发布的贴文。该服务月费介于6万至10万美元，主打让客户更快收到可能撼动金融市场的川普贴文。

川普是川普媒体最大股东，其持股透过Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust持有，价值约10亿美元，信托由长子小唐纳．川普(Donald Trump Jr.)管理。原告因此主张，川普可能借由出售官方资讯的时间优势，为自己的企业创造收益。

花每月10万美元抢快政策消息恐成付费特权

诉状指出，川普经常透过Truth Social宣布政府政策、军事行动及其他重大决策，相关贴文足以引发金融市场波动。自2025年1月重新入主白宫以来，川普已在平台发布约9,000至11,000则贴文，其中许多内容并未同步透过白宫其他管道公布，使Truth Social成为取得部分官方消息的唯一来源。

原告批评，川普向有能力支付高额费用的客户提供官方公告的提前存取权，不仅缺乏正当政府利益，也可能违反美国宪法第一修正案及第五修正案。诉状主张，第一修正案保障媒体平等取得总统公开言论的权利，政府不能将提前接触公共资讯的机会作为商品出售。

目前Truth API涵盖Truth Social最热门的10个帐号。除了川普之外，还包括白宫、副总统范斯(JD Vance)、联邦调查局(FBI)局长巴特尔(Kash Patel)、白宫发言人李威特(Karoline Leavitt)、运输部长达菲(Sean Duffy)，以及卫生部长小罗勃．甘迺迪(Robert F. Kennedy Jr.)等政府官员与机构。

The Intercept表示，无法同步取得官方消息将损害其新闻采访与即时报导能力。新闻自由基金会则营运一项追踪川普批评媒体贴文的计划，同样主张付费客户享有的速度优势会妨碍其工作。

川普媒体称仅快「一小部分」已签逾10份合约

川普媒体执行长麦根(Kevin McGurn)本周在财报电话会议上表示，Truth API提供的是已经公开发布的贴文，付费客户只会「快一小部分」取得资讯。公司目前已签署超过10份客户合约，每份合约月费大致介于6万至10万美元。

麦根透露，公司正与超大规模云端服务商、部分大型新闻机构及大型语言模型开发商洽谈合作。Truth API下一阶段预计扩大第三方发布管道，可能纳入新闻资讯流、金融数据终端与专业刊物，借此提升这项业务的能见度。

川普媒体也反驳，总统资讯早已透过众多平台与新闻机构传播，其中不少业者同样提供付费API服务。公司并称Truth Social是在川普遭到其他平台封锁后，为保障言论自由而成立。

两名原告要求法院宣告，川普政府仅透过Truth Social发布官方资讯的做法违宪，并禁止政府继续以此方式散布消息。被告除川普外，还包括经常代川普发布贴文的总统行政助理哈普(Natalie Harp)、白宫副幕僚长斯卡维诺(Dan Scavino)、总统行政办公室及白宫办公室。

这项争议发生之际，川普媒体本周稍早公布第二季亏损2.38亿美元，主要受到公司持有的加密货币价格重挫拖累。

Trump Revocable Trust持有，价值约10亿美元，信托由长子小唐纳．川普(Donald Trump Jr.)管理。原告因此主张，川普可能借由出售官方资讯的时间优势，为自己的企业创造收益。</p>\n\n<h6>花每月10万美元抢快政策消息恐成付费特权</h6>\n\n<p>诉状指出，川普经常透过Truth Social宣布政府政策、军事行动及其他重大决策，相关贴文足以引发金融市场波动。自2025年1月重新入主白宫以来，川普已在平台发布约9,000至11,000则贴文，其中许多内容并未同步透过白宫其他管道公布，使Truth Social成为取得部分官方消息的唯一来源。</p>\n\n<p>原告批评，川普向有能力支付高额费用的客户提供官方公告的提前存取权，不仅缺乏正当政府利益，也可能违反美国宪法第一修正案及第五修正案。诉状主张，第一修正案保障媒体平等取得总统公开言论的权利，政府不能将提前接触公共资讯的机会作为商品出售。</p>\n\n<p>目前Truth API涵盖Truth Social最热门的10个帐号。除了川普之外，还包括白宫、副总统范斯(JD Vance)、联邦调查局(FBI)局长巴特尔(Kash Patel)、白宫发言人李威特(Karoline Leavitt)、运输部长达菲(Sean Duffy)，以及卫生部长小罗勃．甘迺迪(Robert F.
