〈纽约汇市〉美元跌至三个月低点美债回购推低殖利率

美元周三(19日)大幅下跌，跌至三个多月来低点。美国政府出手为债券市场提供支撑后，美国公债殖利率随之下滑。同时，联准会(Fed)最新公布的会议纪要显示，许多决策官员认为，若通膨没有下降，可能有必要升息。

纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)下跌0.9%，报98.80。盘中一度跌至98.77，创5月14日以来最低水准。

固定收益市场周三成为焦点。美国财政部宣布将至少把长天期公债的回购操作规模提高一倍，为债券市场带来重大纾困，也使30年期美债殖利率从近20年高点大幅回落。

自9月9日起，针对较长天期名目票息债券的流动性支持回购操作，包括10年至20年期及20年至30年期债券，单次操作规模将从20亿美元增加一倍至40亿美元。

美国财政部在声明中表示，「此次提高回购操作规模，反映财政部希望为较长天期名目债券市场提供更多流动性支持。市场参与者持续对这些债券展现强劲需求，而财政部在长天期回购操作中经常收到大量高品质卖单，正是这项需求的证明。」

这项措施立即引发长天期美国公债殖利率曲线的反应，交易员纷纷买进债券。30年期美债殖利率最新下跌7.2个基点至5.213%。就在前一天，殖利率才升至5.337%，创2007年6月以来最高水准。

在周三之前，长天期美债尤其陷入抛售，这波跌势大约自联准会7月利率决策后开始，主要受到油价上涨引发的通膨担忧，以及大型企业为支应AI基础设施支出而大量发行债券、进而争夺市场资金的疑虑所推动。

短天期债券表现相对好得多，近期经济数据降低了市场对联准会即将升息的预期，为短天期债券提供支撑。

LPL Financial固定收益策略师Lawrence Gillum表示，「近期美国公债市场的抛售，尤其是长天期债券，已经引发市场对『债券义警』(bond vigilantes)、买家罢市，甚至债券市场失灵的担忧。在我们看来，目前这些情况都不是问题。」

「长天期政府公债殖利率上升确实存在，但我们认为这是必要的正常化，而不是危机。30年期殖利率近期突破5.30%，10年期殖利率也升至2023年以来最高水准，背后是几个熟悉因素共同推动，包括大量财政债券供给、与AI相关企业发债争夺资金，以及能源价格带来的剩余通膨风险。经过多年的压抑后，市场终于开始重新反映期限溢价。」

Fed会议纪要显示官员担忧通膨

外汇市场参与者周三也仔细研读联准会7月会议纪要。纪要显示，许多决策官员认为，若通膨没有下降，升息可能是必要的。联准会在该次会议上维持利率不变，但有三位地区联准银行总裁反对这项决定。

会议纪要指出，「在本次会议对货币政策进行讨论时，大多数与会者支持维持联邦资金利率目前的目标区间。与会者普遍认为，两次会议之间陆续取得的资讯可能让市场更加了解通膨前景，并相应降低对通膨前景的不确定性。」

会议纪要进一步指出，「与会者认为，他们对通膨前景的看法存在高度不确定性，而且通膨风险偏向上行。许多与会者指出，近期中东冲突再次升温，使通膨前景更加不明朗。这些与会者表示，若冲突持续时间较长，可能延长供应链面临的挑战，并对通膨形成上行压力。」

美元走弱带动日元、欧元与英镑上涨

其他主要货币方面，美元周三下跌带动日元走强。美元兑日元下跌0.9%，至158.21。

此前日元一直承压，在7月底华盛顿与东京进行历史性联合干预后，日元先前对美元实现涨幅已经回吐约一半。

欧元兑美元上涨0.8%，至1.1674美元，创5月14日以来最高。

英镑兑美元上涨0.6%，至1.3606美元，触及5月11日以来最高。

韩元兑美元大幅升值近2%，美元兑韩元下跌1.7%，至1,389.02。

另一项值得注意的是，印度卢比终于止住连续走弱态势，美元兑印度卢比下跌0.1%，至95.568。

auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)下跌0.9%，报98.80。盘中一度跌至98.77，创5月14日以来最低水准。\n\n固定收益市场周三成为焦点。美国财政部宣布将至少把长天期公债的回购操作规模提高一倍，为债券市场带来重大纾困，也使30年期美债殖利率从近20年高点大幅回落。\n\n自9月9日起，针对较长天期名目票息债券的流动性支持回购操作，包括10年至20年期及20年至30年期债券，单次操作规模将从20亿美元增加一倍至40亿美元。\n\n美国财政部在声明中表示，「此次提高回购操作规模，反映财政部希望为较长天期名目债券市场提供更多流动性支持。市场参与者持续对这些债券展现强劲需求，而财政部在长天期回购操作中经常收到大量高品质卖单，正是这项需求的证明。」\n\n这项措施立即引发长天期美国公债殖利率曲线的反应，交易员纷纷买进债券。30年期美债殖利率最新下跌7.2个基点至5.213%。就在前一天，殖利率才升至5.337%，创2007年6月以来最高水准。\n\n在周三之前，长天期美债尤其陷入抛售，这波跌势大约自联准会7月利率决策后开始，主要受到油价上涨引发的通膨担忧，以及大型企业为支应AI基础设施支出而大量发行债券、进而争夺市场资金的疑虑所推动。\n\n短天期债券表现相对好得多，近期经济数据降低了市场对联准会即将升息的预期，为短天期债券提供支撑。\n\nLPL Financial固定收益策略师Lawrence Gillum表示，「近期美国公债市场的抛售，尤其是长天期债券，已经引发市场对『债券义警』(bond vigilantes)、买家罢市，甚至债券市场失灵的担忧。在我们看来，目前这些情况都不是问题。」\n\n「长天期政府公债殖利率上升确实存在，但我们认为这是必要的正常化，而不是危机。30年期殖利率近期突破5.30%，10年期殖利率也升至2023年以来最高水准，背后是几个熟悉因素共同推动，包括大量财政债券供给、与AI相关企业发债争夺资金，以及能源价格带来的剩余通膨风险。经过多年的压抑后，市场终于开始重新反映期限溢价。」\n\nFed会议纪要显示官员担忧通膨\n\n外汇市场参与者周三也仔细研读联准会7月会议纪要。纪要显示，许多决策官员认为，若通膨没有下降，升息可能是必要的。联准会在该次会议上维持利率不变，但有三位地区联准银行总裁反对这项决定。\n\n会议纪要指出，「在本次会议对货币政策进行讨论时，大多数与会者支持维持联邦资金利率目前的目标区间。与会者普遍认为，两次会议之间陆续取得的资讯可能让市场更加了解通膨前景，并相应降低对通膨前景的不确定性。」\n\n会议纪要进一步指出，「与会者认为，他们对通膨前景的看法存在高度不确定性，而且通膨风险偏向上行。许多与会者指出，近期中东冲突再次升温，使通膨前景更加不明朗。这些与会者表示，若冲突持续时间较长，可能延长供应链面临的挑战，并对通膨形成上行压力。」\n\n美元走弱带动日元、欧元与英镑上涨\n\n其他主要货币方面，美元周三下跌带动日元走强。美元兑日元下跌0.9%，至158.21。\n\n此前日元一直承压，在7月底华盛顿与东京进行历史性联合干预后，日元先前对美元实现涨幅已经回吐约一半。\n\n欧元兑美元上涨0.8%，至1.1674美元，创5月14日以来最高。\n\n英镑兑美元上涨0.6%，至1.3606美元，触及5月11日以来最高。\n\n韩元兑美元大幅升值近2%，美元兑韩元下跌1.7%，至1,389.02。\n\n另一项值得注意的是，印度卢比终于止住连续走弱态势，美元兑印度卢比下跌0.1%，至95.568。\n\n截至台湾时间周四
