〈纽约汇市〉美元触及逾三个月低点后反弹美债涨势停歇

美元周四(20日)小幅走高，从逾三个月低点反弹，因美国公债涨势逐渐停歇。油价上涨也推升了避险需求。

纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)上涨0.1%，报98.90。前一个交易日，美元指数重挫0.8%，创7月底以来最差单日表现，并一度跌至98.77，为5月14日以来最低。

利率与固定收益市场持续成为外汇市场关注焦点。

美国财政部周三表示，将把长天期政府债务的回购规模从20亿美元提高至至少40亿美元。这项宣布引发美国公债上涨，带动殖利率下滑，尤其是长天期公债。30年期美债殖利率下跌9.1个基点，从近20年高点回落。10年期美债殖利率则下跌5.3个基点。

Macquarie外汇与利率策略师Thierry Wizman表示，「交易员昨天将财政部的宣布视为一项『积极主动』讯息，显示财政部愿意更加运用净融资操作，以避免长期殖利率进一步上升，和/或为企业债券发行腾出空间。」

他补充，「这种『观感』可能就是30年期美债殖利率在宣布后立即下跌约10个基点的原因，即使财政部并不需要透过大规模回购操作来『大肆宣示』。」

美元也因这项措施而大幅走弱，Wizman表示，这点「较难解释」。

他表示，「从表面上看，美国财政部的『扭转操作』是一项现金中性的操作，不会影响美元货币供给，也不涉及联准会(Fed)。不过，我们可以理解为何交易员将增加短天期债券发行的可能性解读为一项因素，这将持续对联准会施加政治压力，使其政策利率维持在低于原本水准。这是解释美元昨日走弱的合理理由之一。」

美债涨势很快便宣告短暂，交易员周四重新抛售政府债券，30年期美债殖利率最新上升4.3个基点，至5.237%。一项关键因素是美国政府债务总额已突破40兆美元，加剧了市场对财政状况的担忧。

美国财政部长贝森特(Scott Bessent)周四接受CNBC采访时表示，市场「没有看到许多潜在因素」。「我们试图传达的是，我们认为这是一个交易量较低的市场领域，目前又处于8月，而且近期有大量企业债券发行影响了市场。」

贝森特表示，「我们一直都会进行回购，而且我们将提高回购规模。」他并补充，回购规模可能高于已宣布的40亿美元。

油价持续攀升

油价周四延续本周涨势，累计涨幅超过7%。布兰特原油(Brent)期货最新上涨2.3%，至每桶93.72美元，因美国与伊朗在荷姆兹海峡(Strait of Hormuz)问题上的僵局没有任何结束迹象。

川普周四表示，「没有人」曾给伊朗「更大的机会」达成协议，但德黑兰并未把握。这位美国总统承诺将升级对伊朗的经济战。

川普在Truth Social上发文表示，「我也宣布，任何允许其金融机构、企业、机场或政府实体向伊朗提供任何形式支援的国家，都将面临巨大的经济后果。石油走私、互换额度、现金转帐、兑换所、船舶登记、空壳公司——这一切现在都必须停止。」

他补充，「这将是一场经济上的D日(D-DAY，指行动发起当日)。」

日元因贸易逆差数据走弱

其他主要货币方面，日元走弱，美元兑日元上涨0.6%，至159.15。自美国与日本7月底进行历史性联合干预后，日元兑美元此前取得升幅如今已回吐约一半。

根据日本财务省周四公布数据，日元走弱与能源成本上升，促使日本7月贸易逆差扩大至6,345.8亿日元(39.9亿美元)，进口年增27.8%，主要受到石油与天然气进口增加带动。

欧元兑美元持平于1.1674美元。

英镑兑美元上涨0.2%，至1.3627美元。

auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n纽约尾盘，追踪美元兑六种主要货币的美元指数(DXY)上涨0.1%，报98.90。前一个交易日，美元指数重挫0.8%，创7月底以来最差单日表现，并一度跌至98.77，为5月14日以来最低。\n\n利率与固定收益市场持续成为外汇市场关注焦点。\n\n美国财政部周三表示，将把长天期政府债务的回购规模从20亿美元提高至至少40亿美元。这项宣布引发美国公债上涨，带动殖利率下滑，尤其是长天期公债。30年期美债殖利率下跌9.1个基点，从近20年高点回落。10年期美债殖利率则下跌5.3个基点。\n\nMacquarie外汇与利率策略师Thierry Wizman表示，「交易员昨天将财政部的宣布视为一项『积极主动』讯息，显示财政部愿意更加运用净融资操作，以避免长期殖利率进一步上升，和/或为企业债券发行腾出空间。」\n\n他补充，「这种『观感』可能就是30年期美债殖利率在宣布后立即下跌约10个基点的原因，即使财政部并不需要透过大规模回购操作来『大肆宣示』。」\n\n美元也因这项措施而大幅走弱，Wizman表示，这点「较难解释」。\n\n他表示，「从表面上看，美国财政部的『扭转操作』是一项现金中性的操作，不会影响美元货币供给，也不涉及联准会(Fed)。不过，我们可以理解为何交易员将增加短天期债券发行的可能性解读为一项因素，这将持续对联准会施加政治压力，使其政策利率维持在低于原本水准。这是解释美元昨日走弱的合理理由之一。」\n\n美债涨势很快便宣告短暂，交易员周四重新抛售政府债券，30年期美债殖利率最新上升4.3个基点，至5.237%。一项关键因素是美国政府债务总额已突破40兆美元，加剧了市场对财政状况的担忧。\n\n美国财政部长贝森特(Scott Bessent)周四接受CNBC采访时表示，市场「没有看到许多潜在因素」。「我们试图传达的是，我们认为这是一个交易量较低的市场领域，目前又处于8月，而且近期有大量企业债券发行影响了市场。」\n\n贝森特表示，「我们一直都会进行回购，而且我们将提高回购规模。」他并补充，回购规模可能高于已宣布的40亿美元。\n\n油价持续攀升\n\n油价周四延续本周涨势，累计涨幅超过7%。布兰特原油(Brent)期货最新上涨2.3%，至每桶93.72美元，因美国与伊朗在荷姆兹海峡(Strait of Hormuz)问题上的僵局没有任何结束迹象。\n\n川普周四表示，「没有人」曾给伊朗「更大的机会」达成协议，但德黑兰并未把握。这位美国总统承诺将升级对伊朗的经济战。\n\n川普在Truth Social上发文表示，「我也宣布，任何允许其金融机构、企业、机场或政府实体向伊朗提供任何形式支援的国家，都将面临巨大的经济后果。石油走私、互换额度、现金转帐、兑换所、船舶登记、空壳公司——这一切现在都必须停止。」\n\n他补充，「这将是一场经济上的D日(D-DAY，指行动发起当日)。」\n\n日元因贸易逆差数据走弱\n\n其他主要货币方面，日元走弱，美元兑日元上涨0.6%，至159.15。自美国与日本7月底进行历史性联合干预后，日元兑美元此前取得升幅如今已回吐约一半。\n\n根据日本财务省周四公布数据，日元走弱与能源成本上升，促使日本7月贸易逆差扩大至6,345.8亿日元(39.9亿美元)，进口年增27.8%，主要受到石油与天然气进口增加带动。\n\n欧元兑美元持平于1.1674美元。\n\n英镑兑美元上涨0.2%，至1.3627美元。\n\n截至台湾时间周五
