AI龙头魅力爆发！SK海力士ADR爆逾7倍超额认购投资四大策略

AI 记忆体需求持续火热，南韩记忆体大厂 SK 海力士 (000660-KR) 即将于 7 月 10 日在那斯达克全球精选市场挂牌交易，其美国存托凭证 (ADR) 发行案获市场热烈追捧。

根据知情人士透露，此次 ADR 已获逾 7 倍超额认购，多家全球重量级机构投资人踊跃下单，即使近期全球半导体股大幅回档，市场对 AI 记忆体龙头的投资热情仍未降温。

此次 ADR 预计募资约 280 亿美元，将成为全球历来规模第二大的股票发行案，仅次于 SpaceX 日前完成的 857 亿美元股票发行，也超越沙乌地阿美与阿里巴巴 (BABA-US) 等大型募资纪录。SK 海力士此次将发行 1,779 万股新股，每单位 ADR 代表十分之一普通股，参考价格为每股 242.5 万韩元，预计美东时间 7 月 10 日在那斯达克正式挂牌。

知情人士表示，此次认购需求主要来自全球长线基金、科技基金、主权财富基金及亚洲主题投资基金。其中，Baillie Gifford、Coatue Management 及 Situational Awareness Partners 等知名投资机构，合计表达最高约 70 亿美元的认购意愿，个别订单规模介于 2 亿至逾 10 亿美元之间，显示大型机构对 AI 记忆体产业前景仍具高度信心。

值得注意的是，这波认购热潮发生在全球 AI 概念股近期修正之际。SK 海力士韩国股价日前一度连续两个交易日重挫，主要受到 AI 半导体族群卖压及中东地缘政治风险升高拖累。不过分析人士指出，本土市场跌势部分来自杠杆 ETF 部位调节等技术性因素，并非公司基本面恶化，美国机构投资人仍持续积极布局。

市场普遍认为，美国投资人长期缺乏直接投资南韩记忆体龙头的管道，是此次 ADR 需求强劲的重要原因。SK 海力士身为全球高频宽记忆体 (HBM) 领导厂商之一，也是辉达 (NVDA-US) 及 Alphabet(GOOGL-US)旗下 Google 等 AI 平台的重要供应商，ADR 上市后可望提升美国投资人的持股便利性，也有助缩小与美国同业的估值差距。部分分析师指出，由于韩股转换 ADR 存在限制，新 ADR 上市后甚至可能出现溢价交易。

基本面方面，AI 伺服器持续带动 HBM 需求高速成长。市场研究机构与分析师指出，SK 海力士目前 HBM 订单已排至 2027 年下半年，产能持续满载；Counterpoint Research 也预估，第三季 DRAM 价格涨幅可望由原先预估的 5% 至 10%，上修至 10% 至 20%，主要受惠云端服务商及 AI 客户提前锁定供货。

此次募资资金将主要用于扩充韩国晶圆厂产能及采购艾司摩尔 (ASML-US) 极紫外光 (EUV) 微影设备，以因应 AI 资料中心对 HBM 持续攀升的需求。分析人士指出，SK 海力士近年已在 HBM 市场超越三星电子，成为辉达 AI 加速器主要供应商之一，此次赴美募资将有助巩固其全球领导地位。

不过市场仍提醒，IPO 首日表现未必代表中长期走势。盛宝银行 (Saxo Markets) 首席投资策略师 Charu Chanana 表示，SK 海力士此次上市恰逢市场重新检视 AI 基础建设投资是否过热，大规模新股供给可能增加短期波动。此外，公司未来扩产也可能使记忆体市场由供不应求逐步转向供需平衡，投资人仍须留意估值修正风险。

尽管如此，此次 ADR 获得逾 7 倍超额认购，仍反映全球资金对 AI 硬体供应链的配置需求依旧强劲。分析人士认为，相较于仍处于商业模式验证阶段的部分 AI 软体公司，具备获利能力、供应链地位及订单能见度的 AI 记忆体厂商，仍是大型机构资金布局 AI 产业的重要标的。

四大投资策略

此次 SK 海力士 ADR 获逾 7 倍超额认购，不仅反映市场对 AI 记忆体龙头的高度兴趣，也透露出当前 AI 投资的四大重要策略。

首先，短线可关注 ADR 上市初期可能出现的「稀缺性溢价」，由于美国投资人长期较难直接投资韩股，加上 ADR 供给有限，上市初期有机会享有高于理论价格的交易溢价。

其次，从长线布局来看，市场资金正逐渐聚焦 HBM 等具备实际需求支撑的 AI 硬体供应链，而非单纯追逐 AI 概念股，显示投资重心已转向订单能见度高、获利能力明确的企业。

此外，近期 SK 海力士韩股回档，部分被视为杠杆 ETF 调节等技术性因素所致，并非基本面转弱，因此也提供部分长线投资人逢低布局的机会。不过，投资人仍须留意 IPO 上市后可能面临「利多出尽」风险，由于超额认购、指数纳入及被动资金买盘等利多可能提前反映，若股价短期涨幅过大，后续仍可能出现估值修正，因此追价风险不容忽视。
