艾普斯坦事件延烧巴菲特停止捐款盖兹基金会结束20年慈善合作

「股神」巴菲特 (Warren Buffett) 已停止向盖兹基金会 (Gates Foundation) 捐款，在微软 (MSFT-US) 共同创办人比尔盖兹 (Bill Gates) 与已故性犯罪者艾普斯坦 (Jeffrey Epstein) 往来细节曝光之际，双方长达 20 年的慈善合作关系告终。

外媒周二 (14 日) 报导，现年 95 岁的波克夏 · 海瑟威 (BRK.B-US) 董事长巴菲特宣布，今年年度年中捐赠将捐出价值约 60 亿美元的波克夏股票，共计 1,200 万股 B 类股，捐给由女儿苏西 (Susie) 及儿子霍华德 (Howard)、彼得 (Peter) 参与管理的 4 个家族基金会。

值得注意的是，巴菲特此次捐赠声明并未提及盖兹基金会。相较之下，巴菲特 2025 年仍向盖兹基金会捐赠价值超过 45 亿美元的股票，另向家族基金会捐赠约 28 亿美元。

巴菲特早在 2006 年曾透过信函表示，将「不可撤销地承诺」在有生之年持续捐赠股票。自此以来，盖兹基金会累计收到价值超过 470 亿美元的波克夏股票，同期巴菲特向 4 个家族基金会捐赠的股票价值则超过 170 亿美元。

巴菲特在最新声明中表示：「当然，死亡时间无法预测，但无论如何，我剩余的股票都将在 2034 年 12 月 31 日前捐给这 4 个基金会。」

艾普斯坦档案曝光后巴菲特与盖兹未再交谈

巴菲特停止向盖兹基金会捐款之际，盖兹正因与艾普斯坦的过往往来面临外界检视。

美国司法部今年 2 月公布艾普斯坦相关档案，其中包括盖兹与艾普斯坦及多名女性合照的照片，部分女性脸部遭遮蔽。电子邮件资料也显示，艾普斯坦曾与盖兹基金会工作人员联系。

不过，盖兹并未被指控涉及犯罪。

巴菲特与盖兹过去长年交情深厚，两人经常一同现身波克夏在内布拉斯加州奥马哈举行的年度股东活动。不过，巴菲特今年 3 月接受 CNBC 访问时表示，自艾普斯坦档案公布后，他与盖兹便未再交谈。

《华尔街日报》上月曾报导，巴菲特正等待律师事务所 WilmerHale 完成对盖兹基金会与艾普斯坦关系的审查，再决定是否继续捐款。WilmerHale 对此拒绝置评。

盖兹坦承后悔与艾普斯坦往来

盖兹上月向美国国会表示，他于 2011 年经人介绍认识艾普斯坦，当时距离艾普斯坦 2008 年在佛罗里达州承认招揽未成年人从事卖淫罪名已有 3 年，也距离艾普斯坦与联邦检察官达成具争议性的不起诉协议约 4 年。

盖兹表示，之后与艾普斯坦的会面主要讨论可能的慈善合作，但最终没有取得任何成果，双方关系在 2014 年 12 月前结束。

他表示，后来发现艾普斯坦得知其婚姻不忠一事，艾普斯坦并试图利用相关资讯勒索他，迫使他重新与艾普斯坦接触，但未能成功。

盖兹已多次对曾与艾普斯坦有任何往来表达后悔。他否认曾与艾普斯坦性侵案件的受害者相处，也表示从未目睹艾普斯坦从事犯罪行为。

盖兹基金会周二发表声明表示：「盖兹基金会感谢巴菲特数十年来对我们工作的支持。」

基金会并表示，目前财务状况稳健，在比尔盖兹承诺投入 2,000 亿美元资金支持下，将持续推动相关工作，直到基金会按计划于 2045 年结束运作。

波克夏并未回应进一步置评要求。

2006 年捐赠承诺法律效力引发疑问

随着巴菲特停止向盖兹基金会捐款，他 2006 年作出的捐赠承诺是否具有法律约束力，也引发法律层面的疑问。

巴菲特当时要求盖兹基金会使用其捐款，并表示基金会可以依赖他的捐赠承诺，「立即且永久扩大其活动」。

波士顿学院法学教授 Ray Madoff 表示，目前尚不清楚巴菲特是否在法律上受到这项承诺约束。

Madoff 表示：「承诺未来赠与通常不具法律约束力，除非取得对价。」

不过，她指出，巴菲特的信函与一般赠与承诺不同，因为巴菲特曾明确表示，盖兹基金会可以依赖其捐赠承诺扩大营运。

Madoff 表示，如果盖兹基金会因依赖巴菲特的承诺而遭受不利益，可能形成法律主张的基础。

60 亿美元股票捐给 4 个家族基金会

巴菲特自开始捐出个人财富以来，已捐出超过一半的波克夏股票。在最新一轮捐赠前，他持有接近 14% 的波克夏股票，根据《富比士》估算，个人财富约 1,470 亿美元。

此次约 60 亿美元捐赠包括向 Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation 捐赠 900 万股波克夏 B 类股，另外分别向 Sherwood Foundation、Howard G. Buffett Foundation 及 NoVo Foundation 捐赠 100 万股。

Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation 由巴菲特女儿苏西领导，主要资助生殖健康相关计划，基金会以她的母亲、巴菲特第一任妻子苏珊 · 汤普森 · 巴菲特 (Susan Thompson Buffett) 命名。

Sherwood Foundation 主要支持内布拉斯加州非营利组织及幼儿教育；Howard G. Buffett Foundation 聚焦全球饥饿、打击人口贩运及减缓冲突；NoVo Foundation 则推动支持弱势女孩与女性，以及原住民族社群的相关计划。

巴菲特过去曾表示，在他去世后，子女将负责监督一个慈善信托，其中将包含他剩余财富约 99.5%。

盖兹于 2020 年卸下波克夏董事职务，结束 16 年董事任期。巴菲特则于 2021 年辞去盖兹基金会受托人职务，并在 2024 年表示，他去世后，相关捐款将停止。

style=\"width:50%;height:auto;border-radius:6px;margin:15px auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n外媒周二 (14 日) 报导，现年 95 岁的波克夏 · 海瑟威 (BRK.B-US) 董事长巴菲特宣布，今年年度年中捐赠将捐出价值约 60 亿美元的波克夏股票，共计 1,200 万股 B 类股，捐给由女儿苏西 (Susie) 及儿子霍华德 (Howard)、彼得 (Peter) 参与管理的 4 个家族基金会。\n\n值得注意的是，巴菲特此次捐赠声明并未提及盖兹基金会。相较之下，巴菲特 2025 年仍向盖兹基金会捐赠价值超过 45 亿美元的股票，另向家族基金会捐赠约 28 亿美元。\n\n巴菲特早在 2006 年曾透过信函表示，将「不可撤销地承诺」在有生之年持续捐赠股票。自此以来，盖兹基金会累计收到价值超过 470 亿美元的波克夏股票，同期巴菲特向 4 个家族基金会捐赠的股票价值则超过 170 亿美元。\n\n巴菲特在最新声明中表示：「当然，死亡时间无法预测，但无论如何，我剩余的股票都将在 2034 年 12 月 31 日前捐给这 4 个基金会。」\n\n艾普斯坦档案曝光后巴菲特与盖兹未再交谈\n\n巴菲特停止向盖兹基金会捐款之际，盖兹正因与艾普斯坦的过往往来面临外界检视。\n\n美国司法部今年 2 月公布艾普斯坦相关档案，其中包括盖兹与艾普斯坦及多名女性合照的照片，部分女性脸部遭遮蔽。电子邮件资料也显示，艾普斯坦曾与盖兹基金会工作人员联系。\n\n不过，盖兹并未被指控涉及犯罪。\n\n巴菲特与盖兹过去长年交情深厚，两人经常一同现身波克夏在内布拉斯加州奥马哈举行的年度股东活动。不过，巴菲特今年 3 月接受 CNBC 访问时表示，自艾普斯坦档案公布后，他与盖兹便未再交谈。\n\n《华尔街日报》上月曾报导，巴菲特正等待律师事务所 WilmerHale 完成对盖兹基金会与艾普斯坦关系的审查，再决定是否继续捐款。WilmerHale 对此拒绝置评。\n\n盖兹坦承后悔与艾普斯坦往来\n\n盖兹上月向美国国会表示，他于 2011 年经人介绍认识艾普斯坦，当时距离艾普斯坦 2008 年在佛罗里达州承认招揽未成年人从事卖淫罪名已有 3 年，也距离艾普斯坦与联邦检察官达成具争议性的不起诉协议约 4 年。\n\n盖兹表示，之后与艾普斯坦的会面主要讨论可能的慈善合作，但最终没有取得任何成果，双方关系在 2014 年 12 月前结束。\n\n他表示，后来发现艾普斯坦得知其婚姻不忠一事，艾普斯坦并试图利用相关资讯勒索他，迫使他重新与艾普斯坦接触，但未能成功。\n\n盖兹已多次对曾与艾普斯坦有任何往来表达后悔。他否认曾与艾普斯坦性侵案件的受害者相处，也表示从未目睹艾普斯坦从事犯罪行为。\n\n盖兹基金会周二发表声明表示：「盖兹基金会感谢巴菲特数十年来对我们工作的支持。」\n\n基金会并表示，目前财务状况稳健，在比尔盖兹承诺投入 2,000 亿美元资金支持下，将持续推动相关工作，直到基金会按计划于 2045 年结束运作。\n\n波克夏并未回应进一步置评要求。\n\n2006 年捐赠承诺法律效力引发疑问\n\n随着巴菲特停止向盖兹基金会捐款，他 2006 年作出的捐赠承诺是否具有法律约束力，也引发法律层面的疑问。\n\n巴菲特当时要求盖兹基金会使用其捐款，并表示基金会可以依赖他的捐赠承诺，「立即且永久扩大其活动」。\n\n波士顿学院法学教授 Ray Madoff 表示，目前尚不清楚巴菲特是否在法律上受到这项承诺约束。\n\nMadoff 表示：「承诺未来赠与通常不具法律约束力，除非取得对价。」\n\n不过，她指出，巴菲特的信函与一般赠与承诺不同，因为巴菲特曾明确表示，盖兹基金会可以依赖其捐赠承诺扩大营运。\n\nMadoff 表示，如果盖兹基金会因依赖巴菲特的承诺而遭受不利益，可能形成法律主张的基础。\n\n60 亿美元股票捐给 4 个家族基金会\n\n巴菲特自开始捐出个人财富以来，已捐出超过一半的波克夏股票。在最新一轮捐赠前，他持有接近 14% 的波克夏股票，根据《富比士》估算，个人财富约 1,470 亿美元。\n\n此次约 60 亿美元捐赠包括向 Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation 捐赠 900 万股波克夏 B 类股，另外分别向 Sherwood Foundation、Howard G. Buffett Foundation 及 NoVo Foundation 捐赠 100 万股。\n\nSusan Thompson Buffett Foundation 由巴菲特女儿苏西领导，主要资助生殖健康相关计划，基金会以她的母亲、巴菲特第一任妻子苏珊 · 汤普森 · 巴菲特 (Susan Thompson Buffett) 命名。\n\nSherwood Foundation 主要支持内布拉斯加州非营利组织及幼儿教育；Howard G.
