8/11 台股盘前要闻

1. 台北股市 11 日上涨 191.96 点，站上 4 万 5000 点以 45120.72 点作收。三大法人同步买超，合计买超 281.78 亿元。外资连二买，买超 223.28 亿元，尽管半导体族群今天表现弱势，但华邦电 (2344-TW)、南亚科 (2409-TW) 获外资买超 3.78 万及 1.51 万张；华航 (2610-TW) 则遭外资近 2 日逾 10 万张。
2. 台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 11 日召开董事会，共拍板四大议案，包括通过第二季财报、核准配发第二季现金股利 7 元、核准资本支出 294 亿美元以及与索尼合资成立新公司，其中，第二季现金股利维持 7 元，预计 2026 年 12 月 10 日除息，并于 2027 年 1 月 7 日发放，值得注意的是台积电本次股利发放开始提供外资股东美元股利的选择。
3. 索尼半导体解决方案公司 (Sony) 与台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 11 日宣布，双方签署具法律效力之最终合作协议，于日本熊本县合志市成立合资公司 Advanced Vision Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation。此合资公司将采用先进制程技术，作为量产智慧型手机影像感测器所需之研发及制造的核心枢纽，并预计于 2029 年开始量产。
4.AI 晶片正迈向 3D 堆叠，台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 先进封装技术暨服务副总经理何军 11 日指出，SoIC 正式进入高速成长期，目前混和键和间距 (Pitch) 最小可达 6 微米，并已进入量产，预计 2029 年进一步推进至 4.5 微米，并支援 A14 逻辑晶片直接堆叠 A14 逻辑晶片，将 AI 晶片正式从平面扩展至垂直方向。
5. 台积电 (2330-TW)(TSM-US) 先进封装技术暨服务副总经理何军 11 日在 OCP APAC 指出，台积电目前 5.5 倍光罩尺寸 (reticle size) 的 CoWoS 已进入大量生产，多家 AI 客户产品良率超过 98%，部分甚至达 99%；随台积电以一年一代速度推进 CoWoS 技术，预计 2029 年将进一步迈向 14 倍光罩尺寸。
6. 晟德 (4123-TW)11 日召开法说会，受到转投资香港宝济药业 (2659-HK) 股价修正，业外评价产生波动，上半年帐列损失达 106 亿元，拖累上半年税后亏损 84.81 亿元，每股亏损 11.24 元。晟德强调，相关评价不影响公司实际现金流与营运，受惠核心本业发酵以及资本处分策略，上半年累计净现金流达 32.68 亿元。
