纯网银亏损改善！LINE Bank连7月获利乐天减增资累亏大降

国内 3 家纯网银开业至今已逾五年，金管会今(18)日公布最新营运概况，截至2026年6月底，纯网银数位存款总户数已达 340.54 万户，整体放款与存款规模持续成长。其中，连线银行(LINE Bank)自去年12月以来已连续7个月实现单月获利，带动累积亏损逐步收敛；乐天银行亦透过「先减资再增资」大幅冲销累亏，降至 3.33 亿元。

根据银行局最新数据，3 家纯网银截至今年6月底的财务表现各有突破。银行局副局长王允中表示，纯网银整体累积亏损已出现改善趋势，其中 LINE Bank 表现最为亮眼，自去年12月起至今年6月，已连续7个月达成单月税前获利。

尽管受限于初期营运成本庞大，LINE Bank 今年6月累积亏损为39.1 亿元，较去年同期的 39.88 亿元缩减幅度不算特别巨大，但王允中强调，随着单月获利渐入佳境，未来将能加速弥补早期亏损，「累积亏损正在减少，这就是正面的现象。」

另两家纯网银方面，乐天银行于今年6月18日完成「先减资27.79亿元、再增资27.79亿元」的财务重组，在维持资本额100亿元不变的前提下，成功将累亏由去年6月的26.68亿元大幅弥补、降至3.33亿元。

将来银行今年6月累积亏损则为26.98亿元，较去年同期的18.42亿元有所扩大，主因营运扩充与放款布局持续推进。王允中透露，目前亏损中的两家纯网银内部均有研议相关营运提升计划，期盼进一步扩大获利来源并迈向损益两平。

回顾三家纯网银成立至今的资本变动，近一年来仅乐天银行进行资本结构调整。王允中说明，连线银行最新一次增资发生于2025年6月，增资50亿元，目前实收资本额为三家最高，达200亿元(先前于2022年6月曾减资25亿并增资75亿)。

乐天银行今年6月18日完成减资27.79亿元后同步增资27.79亿元，冲销累亏，实收资本额维持100亿元不变。将来银行最后一次动作为2023年12月减资26.43亿元并补足相同金额，目前实收资本额维持100亿元不变。

在业务创新试办方面，纯网银积极争取线上与线下辅助功能。王允中指出，目前已正式开办的试办业务共有四类：

法人客户开户线下身份验证：3 家纯网银均已开办，突破纯网银仅能服务个人客户之限制。
房贷抵押权线下设定与第三人拨款：包括房屋贷款抵押权设定以线下办理、贷款拨入第三人实体帐户签约对保，共 1 家开办。
线下办理联贷参贷业务：线下参与企业联合贷款案，共 2 家开办。
电信跨业合作推广保险：与电信业者合作进行异业推广保险业务，共 1 家开办。

外界关心纯网银是否继续争取法规松绑，王允中表示，近期纯网银并未提出新的松绑诉求，主因金管会先前已陆续推出多项协助措施，包括：放宽纯网银「金融专业股东持股比例」限制、开放透过客服中心派员外出服务，以及允许设置实体「金融服务站」等。

媒体进一步关切金融服务站与派员外出的实际申请状况，王允中坦言，目前3家纯网银内部均还在评估规划阶段，「目前都还没有业者正式来向金管会提出申请。」金管会将持续关注纯网银营运转型状况，并在风险可控的前提下提供必要的监理协助。

Bank)自去年12月以来已连续7个月实现单月获利，带动累积亏损逐步收敛；乐天银行亦透过「先减资再增资」大幅冲销累亏，降至 3.33 亿元。\n<img src=\"https://cimg.cnyes.cool/prod/news/6580755/l/8b39d57d8caf374ab9931ffa24012cca.jpg\" alt=\"纯网银亏损改善！LINE Bank连7月获利乐天减增资累亏大降\" style=\"width:50%;height:auto;border-radius:6px;margin:15px auto;display:block;\">\n\n\n根据银行局最新数据，3 家纯网银截至今年6月底的财务表现各有突破。银行局副局长王允中表示，纯网银整体累积亏损已出现改善趋势，其中 LINE Bank 表现最为亮眼，自去年12月起至今年6月，已连续7个月达成单月税前获利。\n\n尽管受限于初期营运成本庞大，LINE Bank 今年6月累积亏损为39.1 亿元，较去年同期的 39.88 亿元缩减幅度不算特别巨大，但王允中强调，随着单月获利渐入佳境，未来将能加速弥补早期亏损，「累积亏损正在减少，这就是正面的现象。」\n\n另两家纯网银方面，乐天银行于今年6月18日完成「先减资27.79亿元、再增资27.79亿元」的财务重组，在维持资本额100亿元不变的前提下，成功将累亏由去年6月的26.68亿元大幅弥补、降至3.33亿元。\n\n将来银行今年6月累积亏损则为26.98亿元，较去年同期的18.42亿元有所扩大，主因营运扩充与放款布局持续推进。王允中透露，目前亏损中的两家纯网银内部均有研议相关营运提升计划，期盼进一步扩大获利来源并迈向损益两平。\n\n回顾三家纯网银成立至今的资本变动，近一年来仅乐天银行进行资本结构调整。王允中说明，连线银行最新一次增资发生于2025年6月，增资50亿元，目前实收资本额为三家最高，达200亿元(先前于2022年6月曾减资25亿并增资75亿)。\n\n乐天银行今年6月18日完成减资27.79亿元后同步增资27.79亿元，冲销累亏，实收资本额维持100亿元不变。将来银行最后一次动作为2023年12月减资26.43亿元并补足相同金额，目前实收资本额维持100亿元不变。\n\n在业务创新试办方面，纯网银积极争取线上与线下辅助功能。王允中指出，目前已正式开办的试办业务共有四类：\n\n<ol>\n<li>法人客户开户线下身份验证：3 家纯网银均已开办，突破纯网银仅能服务个人客户之限制。</li>\n<li>房贷抵押权线下设定与第三人拨款：包括房屋贷款抵押权设定以线下办理、贷款拨入第三人实体帐户签约对保，共 1 家开办。</li>\n<li>线下办理联贷参贷业务：线下参与企业联合贷款案，共 2 家开办。</li>\n<li>电信跨业合作推广保险：与电信业者合作进行异业推广保险业务，共 1 家开办。</li>\n</ol>\n\n外界关心纯网银是否继续争取法规松绑，王允中表示，近期纯网银并未提出新的松绑诉求，主因金管会先前已陆续推出多项协助措施，包括：放宽纯网银「金融专业股东持股比例」限制、开放透过客服中心派员外出服务，以及允许设置实体「金融服务站」等。\n\n媒体进一步关切金融服务站与派员外出的实际申请状况，王允中坦言，目前3家纯网银内部均还在评估规划阶段，「目前都还没有业者正式来向金管会提出申请。」金管会将持续关注纯网银营运转型状况，并在风险可控的前提下提供必要的监理协助。<div
