黄仁勋早已给出答案：AI 硬体升级「贪得无厌」

过去科技产业大约每三到五年，才会出现一次重大架构升级。但现在，时代变了。
辉达 (NVDA-US) 执行长黄仁勋早就明牌告诉你了：硬体架构从 Blackwell 到即将量产的 Rubin，再到后续的 Rubin Ultra 与 Feynman 平台，AI 晶片的迭代速度，几乎进入「一年一升级」的疯狂循环。近期市场更传出 Rubin 样品已经开始交付客户验证，这代表新世代的算力怪兽正加速落地。

博通 (AVGO-US) 的执行长甚至直接用「贪得无厌」来形容市场对高速传输的需求。当全球微软、亚马逊等巨头疯狂砸下上兆美元扩建资料中心时，你该关注的，不是每天股价的跳动，而是那些默默站在巨头背后、赚取一辈子财富的「关键硬体供应商」。

在这场规格大改、层数翻倍的硬体革命中，江江特别看好三大护国族群：记忆体、被动元件、PCB。它们将迎来获利大跳升的超级循环！

第一棒：记忆体迎来史上最强「产能大挪移」

第二棒：被动元件沈寂六年，终于等到「超级循环」

如果你以为被动元件只是几毛钱的小零件，那就太小看这场硬体革命了。
新一代 AI 伺服器所使用的 MLCC（多层陶瓷电容）用量，是传统伺服器的 8 倍以上，电感与电容更是暴增到 10 倍！
关键逻辑： AI 运算时的高功耗与极端高温，普通零件上去直接烧掉，必须全面改用耐高温、耐高压的高阶规格。目前国际大厂传出高阶规格暂停报价，这在产业惯例里，就是「全面涨价」的前奏！

国巨 (2327-TW)：全球被动元件高阶市场的绝对霸主。其护城河在于无人能及的全球市占率与高端布局。在 AI 与车用双引擎点火下，国巨已启动涨价通知，营收与毛利正迎来「双升」的黄金期。
华新科 (2492-TW)：被动元件老牌大厂，目前产能利用率已回升至满载。因为原物料银、铜成本上涨带动报价走强，它的股性弹性极大，往往是波段冲锋的领头羊。
密望实 (8043-TW)：专攻高阶 MLCC 的利基市场，近期不论是股价还是筹码面都展现出极强的攻击力道，是标准的小胖子、大爆发类型。

第三棒：PCB 与 HDI 架构大改，层数直接「暴力翻倍」

很多人不知道，AI 晶片算力要飙升，背后的主机板（PCB）必须全面大整容。
关键逻辑：传统伺服器的 PCB 板大概 16 到 20 层，但到了新一代 AI 伺服器，为了应付恐怖的高速传输，层数直接飙上 28 到 36 层以上！层数越多，制作难度是呈几何级数上升，但良率只要一过门槛，单价与毛利就是翻倍在赚。

金像电 (2368-TW)：全球伺服器板的真老大，拥有业内数一数二的超高制程良率，更是辉达供应链的核心铁粉。在高层数 PCB 板的领域里，它的技术就是对手跨不过的护城河。
臻鼎 - KY(4958-TW)：贵为全球 PCB 龙头，不仅手握大客户新机订单，在 AI 伺服器与低轨卫星板的布局也开始进入「收割放量期」，背后有着强大的资本实力作为研发后盾。
大量 (3167-TW)：注意，这不是做板子的，这是「卖铲子的人」！当全球 PCB 大厂为了做高阶 AI 板而不得不全面升级、汰换机台时，大量提供的专业加工设备订单直接排到明年，近期获利爆发力惊人。
