Rubin机柜售价飙涨95%！零组件大升级，谁是大赢家！？

摩根士丹利上周发表报告，拆解辉达即将推出的 Vera Rubin (VR200 NVL72) AI 伺服器机柜，摩根士丹利预估单台 Rubin 机柜的平均售价预估将高达 780 万美元，相较于前一代 Blackwell (GB300) 的 399 万美元，涨幅接近 95%。

成本最高的依然是 GPU，占 Rubin 机柜成本约 51%，但涨幅最高的是记忆体，高达 435%，其他 PCB、MLCC、网路晶片与 ABF 载板等涨幅也高于 GPU。

摩根士丹利的报告最重要的是表示，随着 AI 伺服器的架构复杂性提升，整个架构、零组件、材料等都需要升级，辉达 Vera Rubin 平台上市，受惠的不只是辉达 GPU，或者三星、海力士与美光的记忆体，其他，PCB、CCL、ABF、MLCC、散热与电源等产值也都将大幅提升，以及之前提到过随着 Vera Rubin 平台上市将带动 CPO 的渗透率提升。

超微的 Helios 与辉达 Vera Rubin 平台即将上市，以及四大 CSP 厂 ASIC 伺服器陆续导入，AI 伺服器持续升级，AI 相关零组件与材料供应链将是投资朋友不可错过的标的。
