台股近期强势反弹，但指数来到前波套牢区与技术压力带，加上台指期结算将至，短线行情反而不宜过度追价。外资期货空单仍高，当指数碰上压力区，结算前出现压盘、震荡并不意外。不过，我对八月下半场的看法仍是「先下后上」：短线震荡是筹码与涨幅的整理，并不等于中期趋势翻空。尤其目前外资现货已出现连续买超，周KD在50以上再度形成黄金交叉，基本面对下半年展望也没有明显转差。因此，真正重要的不是害怕拉回，而是等待结算前后市场把短线浮额洗掉，重新寻找更好的布局位置。另一个值得关注的讯号，就是汇率与国际资金。近期台币

一、盘势结构：高档震荡，短中期多头架构仍在今日加权指数震荡收红，上涨46点、收在45,857点，成交量约9,435亿元；指数续守10日线、月线及季线之上，短中期均线结构仍偏多。 OTC柜买指数下跌2.63点、收398.32点，成交量约1,752亿元，虽然短线拉回整理，但仍守住10日线与月线，尚未出现明显转弱讯号。目前指数进入46K附近震荡，上档46K～48K仍存在前波套牢筹码，因此短线难免出现震荡与个股快速轮动；不过下档支撑逐步垫高，整体仍属「高档整理、偏多看待」。二、筹码面：外资回补是盘
