2026年08月05日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 伟训(3032-TW)旗下持股78%的子公司力韡，因与美国客户Ascion的产品瑕疵仲裁案，董事会决议自8月18日起停业一年，并向法院声请破产。公司表示，待法院完成破产程序并指派破产管理人后，力韡将退出伟训合并财务报表，先前超额认列逾11亿元的损失可望回冲，未来也不再认列力韡亏损。消息激励伟训股价开高后，4分钟内即攻上涨停。这起争议始于2021年。力韡原为美国电动床品牌REVERIE母公司Ascion的供应商，Ascion以产品瑕疵及出货延
