2026年07月27日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 宝雅(5904-TW)今（27）日公告股票面额变更相关作业，将于8月10日完成股票换发，每股面额由10元调整为1元，相当于「1拆10」。新股票将于当日恢复上柜买卖，旧股票同步终止交易，新股参考价将调整为旧股票最后交易日收盘价的十分之一。此次仅调整股票面额，实收资本额及股东持股比例维持不变，但流通在外股数将由106,443,826股增加至1,064,438,260股，每股盈余及每股净值等每股指标将依相同比例调整。依换股时程，7月29日为旧股票
