2026年07月15日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ 联电(2303-TW)已于新加坡12吋晶圆厂正式量产矽光子晶片，将瞄准AI基础建设与高速光通讯市场，并与矽光子积体电路设计公司Silith Technology合作，完成技术开发至量产导入。 Silith Technology成立于2021年，是一家中国矽光子晶片设计公司，客户包括光收发模组大厂Innolight与Coherent，两家公司皆为辉达Nvidia及Google的重要供应商，显示联电此次量产的矽光子平台有望切入AI供应链。联电表
