本周半导体研究机构 SemiAnalysis 表示，辉达新一代机柜架构 Kyber NVL144，因 PCB 中介板制造难度影响，上市时间恐延后至 2028 年，而辉达则回应表示「产品蓝图并未出现任何问题」。在去年的供应链消息，辉达 Kyber 架构原本就预估 2027 年量产，但不排除延后至 2028 年，因此，SemiAnalysis 的报告并非新消息，或可以说是确认 Kyber 架构量产时间，即使 2028 年量产也在原本的规划时间之内，且未必会延至 2028 年，况且总体 AI 基础建设
