2026年06月24日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ AI运算需求带动全球资料中心建设热潮，马来西亚正快速崛起为亚洲重要资料中心据点。根据产业资料，截至2025年，马来西亚共有65座营运中的资料中心，总IT负载容量达1,243.8MW；此外，另有75座已承诺投资或兴建中的资料中心专案，新增容量达2,984.8MW，未来总容量将上看4.23GW，较现有规模扩增逾2倍。值得注意的是，新增供给高度集中于柔佛州（Johor），占全国规划中容量的71.4%，显示柔佛正迅速成为东南亚AI资料中心建设重镇。
