盈透证券（Interactive Brokers）最近发出通知，要求其东欧客户将帐户转移到新成立的匈牙利子公司Interactive Brokers Central Europe Zrt（IBCE）。
该公司正在向东欧各地的客户发送电子邮件，要求他们将帐户从盈透证券英国公司（IBUK）转移到最近在布达佩斯成立的新分支机构IBCE。该公司将此举归因于英国脱欧过渡期即将到期。
该公司表示，由于IBUK的在欧洲提供服务的“护照权利”将于今年年底到期，因此从2021年1月1日起，其客户服务将转移到欧洲经销处。
同时，目前尚不清楚其他欧盟地区的客户是否收到了此类通知，还是仅涉及东欧居民。
该公司在本月初表示：“在中欧地区需求增长的背景下，在匈牙利布达佩斯开设了办事处。”
盈透证券主席Thomas Peterffy表示：“我们计划使布达佩斯成为我们在中欧的业务中心，满足在西欧、东欧以及世界各地对经纪服务不断增长的需求。”
