香港《南华早报》周三 (1 日) 引述多位知情人士报导，快手旗下 AI 视频生成平台「可灵 AI」即将完成一轮高达 30 亿美元的外部融资，本轮由腾讯参投，融资完成后，估值将达 180 亿美元。消息人士透露，快手计划在未来 12 个月内启动可灵 AI 于港交所独立上市的程序，IPO 募资将主要用于算力与资料中心扩建，以及核心 AI 技术人才的引进与留存激励。可灵 AI 是快手内部孵化的文生视频大模型业务，自 2024 年上线以来迭代至 3.0 版本，在全球 AI 视频生成赛道具备较高知名度。
