〈美股盘后〉AI热潮盖过中东战火费半弹升超3% SK海力士赴美IPO受瞩

美股周四 (9 日) 全面收高，投资人将焦点重新放回人工智慧 (AI) 题材，淡化美国与伊朗冲突升温带来的不安情绪。韩国记忆体大厂 SK 海力士 (SK Hynix) 即将赴美上市，也带动半导体股走强，那斯达克指数收涨 1.3%。

道琼工业指数上涨 140.98 点 (0.27%)，收 52,175.89 点；标普 500 指数上涨 60.24 点 (0.81%)，收 7,541.78 点；那斯达克综合指数上涨 336.24 点 (1.30%)，收 26,206.89 点。

国际油价回吐前一日部分涨幅，投资人正逐步消化中东局势带来的影响。

美伊再爆大规模互轰，美军空袭约 90 个伊朗目标，伊朗则反击美国盟友位于中东的据点，但美国总统川普宣称伊朗已致电寻求达成协议，使得市场反应相对冷静。根据卡达与巴基斯坦官员说法，两国调停人员也正努力促成美伊重返谈判桌。

市场焦点转向 AI 题材。SK 海力士预计周五在那斯达克挂牌，其美国存托凭证 (ADS) 周四完成定价，市场传出认购需求达可供认购股份的 7 倍，显示投资人对 AI 记忆体需求仍具信心，也带动美光、Marvell(MRVL-US) 与 SanDisk(SNDK-US) 等晶片股买气。

经济数据方面，美国上周首次申请失业救济金人数与前一周相比变化不大，显示就业市场仍维持稳定，也提供市场评估联准会 (Fed) 未来利率政策的新依据。

焦点个股

NYSE FANG+ 指数中的科技五大巨头涨多跌少。Meta (META-US) 强升 4.70%；苹果 (AAPL-US) 涨 0.90%；亚马逊 (AMZN-US) 上涨 1.40%；微软 (MSFT-US) 涨 0.27%；Alphabet (GOOGL-US) 则下跌 0.84%。

费城半导体族群气势如虹。AMD (AMD-US) 强涨 5.67%；美光 (MU-US) 大涨 4.52%；博通 (AVGO-US) 劲扬 3.20%；应用材料 (AMAT-US) 高涨 3.18%；高通 (QCOM-US) 上涨 2.44%；辉达 (NVDA-US) 则跌 0.66%。

台股 ADR 涨跌互见。日月光 ADR (ASX-US) 劲扬 8.31%；联电 ADR (UMC-US) 上涨 0.53%；台积电 ADR (TSM-US) 几乎持平；中华电信 ADR (CHT-US) 下跌 0.90%。

企业新闻

美光 (MU-US) 喜涨逾 4% 至每股 991.64 美元。公司宣布将投资最高 30 亿美元，以强化美国半导体供应链生态系。

派拉蒙天舞公司 (PSKY-US) 跌幅超 4% 至每股 9.33 美元。《路透》引述知情人士报导，美国多个州政府正准备针对该娱乐集团收购 Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD-US) 一案提出反垄断诉讼。

Salesforce (CRM-US) 跌逾 2% 至每股 162.50 美元，此前 KeyBanc Capital Markets 将其评等由「加码」下调至「中立」，并撤销目标价。分析师 Jackson Ader 指出，目前难以看到 Salesforce 未来上涨动能的证据。

百事 (PEP-US) 第二季财报好坏参半，经调整后每股盈余 2.20 美元，低于 LSEG 统计分析师预估的 2.21 美元；营收 241.8 亿美元，高于市场预估的 239.5 亿美元，该股周四走低逾 3% 至每股 137.86 美元。

Costco (COST-US) 摔超 4% 至每股 912.97 美元。公司公布 6 月同店销售成长放缓，6 月同店销售年增 8.8%，低于 5 月的 12.5% 增幅。

Qiagen (QGEN-US) 股价狂飙超 10% 至每股 41.99 美元。《彭博》引述知情人士报导，包括 EQT、AllianceBernstein (AB-US) 与 KKR (KKR-US) 等投资机构有意收购这家分子诊断公司。部分潜在买家表示，若正式提出收购，可能考虑每股至少 50 美元的报价。

华尔街分析

Verdence 投资长 Megan Horneman 表示，当前局势「高度通膨且高度不确定」，可能很快结束，也可能扩大成更严重事件。她建议投资人维持全球股票配置的多元化。

Horneman 认为，市场接下来仍将维持波动，因投资人可能已对美伊冲突「时好时坏」的节奏有些麻木。她也指出，目前股市水准可能尚未反映联准会今年下半年至少升息一次的风险。

她表示，这场冲突正加剧今年剩余时间的通膨问题，而且「不只是油价」。虽然人工智慧 (AI) 投资长期可能抑制通膨，但短期来看，大量 AI 投资、强劲经济成长以及消费者持续支出，都可能推升通膨压力。
