川普回锅第一年2万笔交易曝光！多次重押政策受惠股精准踩中AI、英特尔、稀土飙股

最新文件显示，美国总统川普重返白宫第一年共进行超过 2.1 万笔证券交易，这些交易往往集中发生在重大政策宣示引发市场动荡的重要时刻，而且精准押宝获得政府实质政策扶持的企业，。

根据周四 (2 日) 公开的 2025 年度财务揭露文件，这些交易总金额介于 6 亿美元至 18.6 亿美元之间。由于申报制度仅要求揭露金额区间，因此无法得知确切数字。

分析这份财务揭露可发现，川普平均每个交易日进行 85 笔交易。在全数交易中，有四分之一集中在仅 10 个交易日，大部分都发生在川普宣布重大政策后、华尔街市场波动加剧期间。

以下是这份文件中引人注目的关键交易纪录：

关税政策宣布后交易最密集

川普最忙碌的交易日，多数都发生在重大政策公布后，尤其与关税措施有关。

举例来说，加拿大、墨西哥及中国关税 2 月 3 日生效的前一天，川普帐户共进行 616 笔交易。一个月后，上述关税措施已经恢复，川普再进行 640 笔交易。4 月 4 日宣布「解放日」后引发市场抛售，当天完成 446 笔交易。

单日 7500 万美元博弈

在 2025 年 8 月 18 日当天，川普的投资帐户发动全年规模最大的一场巨额交易。申报文件显示，单日资产移动规模超过 7500 万美元，是全年交易量第二高的日子的两倍以上。

数据显示，其中一个核心帐户在当天分别买进价值介于 500 万至 2500 万美元的辉达 (NVDA-US)、苹果 (AAPL-US) 与微软 (MSFT-US) 股票。

该帐户同时还大举敲进其他主要科技巨头，以及礼来 (Eli Lilly)(LLY-US)、摩根大通 (JPMorgan)(JPM-US) 和 Visa(V-US) 等传统权值股，每档买进金额至少达 100 万美元。

最具争议的是，该帐户当天同步买入至少价值 25 万美元的英特尔 (INTC-US) 股票。短短数日后，川普便公开宣布政府计划斥资入股这家美国晶片大厂，取得约 10% 股权。这项政策利多宣布至今，英特尔的股价已疯狂飙涨了 370% 以上。

精准埋伏稀土大厂 MP Materials

另一笔交易发生在就在去年刚完成总统就职典礼的几天后，川普的帐户开始在市场上默默买进 MP Materials(MP-US) 的股票，这是一家总部位于拉斯维加斯、在采矿业以外鲜为人知的稀土生产商。

申报资料显示，在 5 月为止的一连串共八笔交易当中，川普帐户累计买进价值介于 2.2 万美元至 15.5 万美元间的 MP Materials 股票。

稀土市场由中国高度垄断，因此一直被华尔街外资视为流动性极差、难以投资的领域，直到川普政府去年 7 月正式签署一项国家级战略协议，由五角大厦直接出资入股 MP Materials 达 15% 股权，旨在全力扶持本土稀土产业。

随着政府入股消息发酵，MP Materials 股价也扶摇直上。财务披露资料显示，川普的投资帐户在股价高档顺势获利了结，抛售部分持股。去年，光是从这家稀土矿商的持股中，就赚进介于 100001 美元至 100 万美元之间的资本利得。

抢先布局「AI 行动计划」红利

白宫在 2025 年 7 月宣布「AI 行动计划」(AI Action Plan)，内容包括全面简化资料中心建设与晶片晶圆厂的审批许可流程。巧合的是，就在白宫正式发布政策的当天，川普旗下其中一个投资帐户便精准发动攻势，砸下介于 600 万至 3000 万美元的资金，大举买进几家实质受惠的顶级科技巨头。

申报文件证实，川普帐户在当天分别买进博通 (Broadcom)(AVGO-US)、亚马逊 (Amazon)(AMZN-US)、苹果 (AAPL-US)、微软 (MSFT-US) 和辉达 (NVDA-US)，每一档个股持股价值至少 100 万美元，并在其他交易中买进至少 100 万美元的 Alphabet(GOOGL-US) 股票。

川普：我只是因为股市上涨才赚钱

川普周三前往北达科他州前于安德鲁联合基地接受媒体访问时，淡化自己的投资「战绩」。

川普说，「我本来就是有钱人」。当被问到是否藉总统职务牟利时，川普并未正面回应，而是说：「我刻意不跟那些替我管理资金的人联络，他们都是大型金融机构，只会投资他们认为该投资的东西。」

川普接着表示：「你知道我为什么赚钱吗？因为股市一直在涨。」

川普集团表示，总统所有资产均由第三方金融机构独立管理，所有投资决策完全由外部机构负责，采模型化投资组合及直接指数化策略。川普本人、家族成员及川普集团均不参与任何交易决策，也不会事先得知任何交易内容。

白宫发言人 Anna Kelly 也说：「不存在任何利益冲突。」

川普之子、川普集团执行副总裁艾瑞克 ‧ 川普 (Eric Trump) 则表示，相关资产皆放入「盲目信托」(blind trust)。

川普 5 月揭露今年第 1 季交易超过 3700 笔，当时不少华尔街人士便认为如此高频率交易相当罕见。艾瑞克 ‧ 川普那时曾在 X 上发文说：「若有人暗示川普家族成员自行决定买卖个股，那完全是谎言，而且明显不实。」

Plan)，内容包括全面简化资料中心建设与晶片晶圆厂的审批许可流程。巧合的是，就在白宫正式发布政策的当天，川普旗下其中一个投资帐户便精准发动攻势，砸下介于 600 万至 3000 万美元的资金，大举买进几家实质受惠的顶级科技巨头。</p>\n\n<p>申报文件证实，川普帐户在当天分别买进博通 (Broadcom)(AVGO-US)、亚马逊 (Amazon)(AMZN-US)、苹果 (AAPL-US)、微软 (MSFT-US) 和辉达 (NVDA-US)，每一档个股持股价值至少 100 万美元，并在其他交易中买进至少 100 万美元的 Alphabet(GOOGL-US)
