三星李在镕亲征太阳谷抢单！带晶圆代工主管锁定苹果、云端巨头AI订单狂抢台积电溢出产能

三星电子会长李在镕本周现身美国爱达荷州「太阳谷峰会」，随行阵容释放强烈战略讯号，不同于去年携全球行销高层出席，今年特意带上去年底新任的晶圆代工事业部负责人 Han Jin-man。此次峰会提供三星在 HBM 供货基础上，进一步展开 AI 晶片客制化代工 (Custom Silicon Foundry) 谈判契机。
市场人士表示，李在镕此举明示三星已将突围晶圆代工、抢食台积电溢出订单列为最优先议题。辉达执行长黄仁勋与特斯拉执行长马斯克今年均未出席峰会。
本届太阳谷峰会云集苹果执行长库克及 9 月 1 日将接任的候任执行长特纳斯 (John Ternus)、亚马逊执行长贾西 (Andy Jassy)、OpenAI 执行长奥特曼 (Sam Altman)、Meta 执行长祖克柏 (Mark Zuckerberg)、Alphabet 执行长皮查 (Sundar Pichai)、安谋执行长与通用董事长 Barra 等重量级嘉宾，多数与三星存在既有合作或是可能的代工 / HBM 供应关系。
外界最关注三星与苹果互动，苹果派出现任、候任执行长及服务业务资深副总裁三人罕见组合与会。
去年 8 月，三星晶圆代工部门已取得苹果影像感测器 (CIS) 晶片订单，目前积极争取进一步突破，该公司传出希望重返 iPhone 应用处理器 (AP) 供应链，而此一订单现由台积电独家代工。
此前，《彭博资讯》曾报导指出，苹果高层上月跟三星讨论主处理器代工可能性。若成真，三星将首度从台积电手中分食 iPhone 核心晶片产能，对其代工事业具实质提振意义。
贾西与奥特曼均现身峰会，二者既是三星 HBM 现有客户，也正积极自研 AI 晶片 (Trainium / 推理晶片) 来降低对辉达依赖。
在台积电先进制程产能持续满载下，三星挟 2 奈米 (SF2) 制程扩产计划而被视为可承接外溢订单的替代伙伴。
此外，李在镕与通用汽车董事长 Mary Barra 的会晤则有望延续双方在车用电池合作，并探索车用先进制程机会。
太阳谷峰会素有「亿万富翁夏令营」之称，每年七月举行时汇聚约 300 名科技、媒体、金融与汽车产业顶层领袖进行非公开战略交流。李在镕曾形容此行是「一年中最忙碌的出差」，今年是连续第 2 年出席。
分析师指出，在三星晶圆代工面临台积电强势垄断、急须扩大旗舰客户当下，太阳谷峰会的价值已远超社交，而是三星在 AI 时代争取先进制程订单、重建代工竞争力的关键商务战场。
