1.台股17日震荡小涨46点，收在45857点，外资再买454.47亿元、连6买，期货再回补空单1754口，净空单降至8.34万口；个股方面，外资今日大买主动ETF、友达及航运股，反手大卖记忆体、代工等族群。
2.随着AI资料中心带动高压应用需求持续升温，功率半导体产业近期传出酝酿新一波涨价。供应链透露，随着上游晶圆、材料成本持续垫高，加上一线国际大厂产能趋紧，台厂目前产能利用率维持高档，部分业者已规划自10月起再调涨非合约产品价格，整体涨幅约10%至15%，功率半导体第三波涨价潮正式浮现。
3.半导体材料通路大厂崇越(5434-TW)17日召开法说会，董事长曾海华指出，在AI、HPC及先进制程需求持续升温下，全球矽晶圆市场转趋热络，客户近期已相当积极抢货，另一方面，受原物料、石化成本与运费上涨影响，光阻剂、晶圆载具等半导体材料也陆续调涨价格，平均涨幅约10%至15%，看好下半年营运有望逐季成长。
4.市场预期联准会9月不升息的机率大增后，国际资金积极汇入，推升新台币今17日全日处强劲升值态势，终场收在31.852元，升值多达1.94角，创7月以来高价，台北外汇经纪公司成交值达17.84亿美元。
5.行政院于17日上午第2次向总统赖清德报告明(116)年中央总预算编列情形。赖清德在听取简报后表示，台湾凭借长期的半导体、资通讯等供应链优势，经济成长率上修，今(115)年可望创下39年来新高，明年总预算将在岁入岁出平衡、实质零举债下，增列2,357亿元普发现金予每人1万元，让「AI红利，全民共享」。
6.由于散装船周转率下降，散装运价维持高档，部分散装航商上半年获利明显倍增，进入下半年后，多数航商仍持续看好供需结构，慧洋-KY(2637-TW)表示，目前荷姆兹海峡日均船舶通行数量远不及美伊开战前的十分之一，市场船舶周转率下降有助运价维持高档，正德(2641-TW)也表示，供给偏紧且需求稳健，看运价将呈现震荡偏多，持续反映战争风险溢价。
