欣陆：欣达环工获新竹客雅再生水BTO案最优申请人将投资84.5亿元

欣陆投控(3703-TW)旗下欣达环工今(22)日宣布，正式获评为「新竹市客雅水资源回收中心放流水回收再利用BTO案」最优申请人，并已完成议约程序。本案预估投资金额约84.5亿元，兴建及特许期合计约18年6个月，建置再生水系统后，每日供应宝山二期园区4万吨再生水。

欣达环工已完成议约，并于今日取得再生水经营业许可，后续将负责本案污水处理、再生水及取输配水相关设施的建置与营运。

欣陆投控指出，「新竹市客雅水资源回收中心放流水回收再利用BTO案」，采BTO（Build-Transfer-Operate，兴建、移转及营运）模式推动，主要包括客雅水资源回收中心污水处理厂扩建工程、再生水厂新建工程，以及相关取输水与输配水设施。完工后污水处理厂整体处理能力达70,000 CMD；再生水系统每日可供应4万吨再生水，主要供应宝山二期园区使用。

欣陆投控指出，新竹科学园区为台湾重要高科技产业聚落，随着产业持续发展，稳定且多元的水源供应日益重要。再生水透过既有水资源回收再利用，可作为传统水源以外的补充水源，降低对单一水源的依赖，并提升区域水资源调度弹性。

欣达环工表示，客雅案集结公司在再生水领域累积的经验与技术，是目前公司再生水业务发展的重要成果。未来将持续深化水处理技术与营运能力，积极评估新技术的导入与应用，并以水处理专业支撑台湾产业发展及水资源永续利用。
