ABF载版大厂欣兴GDR发行细节曝光，募资规模上看14亿美元

2026年07月06日（优分析／产业数据中心报导）⸺ AI伺服器与高阶载板供应商欣兴电子(3037-TW)拟透过发行海外存托凭证（GDR）募资最高14亿美元，以支应外币计价原物料采购需求，反映AI热潮带动半导体供应链持续扩充资金来源。
根据目前所看到的交易文件，欣兴此次将发行5,000万单位GDR，每单位发行价格介于26.96美元至27.76美元，较周一台北股市收盘价折价约3%至5.8%。最终发行价格预计于当地时间周一稍晚敲定，并将于卢森堡证券交易所挂牌交易。
值得注意的是，欣兴早在2026年4月10日董事会便已决议办理现金增资发行GDR，并提请股东会授权于不超过1亿股额度内办理海外募资。当时股价约为每股新台币638元，最新周一收盘价已升至917元，涨幅约44%。随着股价走高，公司可望以较高发行价格募集相同资金，有助降低发行新股数量及对既有股东的稀释程度。
当时公司表示，资金用途包括充实营运资金、购料、偿还银行借款及配合未来发展需求；此次则是募资案正式进入执行阶段，开始向国际投资人询价，相关发行价格与规模也首度公开。
近年AI伺服器、高速运算（HPC）及先进封装需求快速成长，带动高阶ABF载板需求持续攀升。欣兴为辉达Nvidia(NVDA-US)及苹果Apple(AAPL-US)的重要供应商，市场普遍认为，公司此次海外募资将有助于强化营运资金，支援AI相关产品持续扩产及原物料采购需求。
截至目前，欣兴尚未对此次GDR发行计划发表正式评论。
