台股前一交易日 (8/5）在美股科技股强势激励下，呈现爆量急冲格局。早盘在台积电与权值股强势跳空领军下开高冲上 43,809.83 点后一路向上拉升，盘中最高探至 44,980.31 点近 4.5 万点关卡；终场大涨 1,250.94 点 (+2.88%），收在 44,611.60 点，集中市场成交金额爆量放大至 1 兆 1,874.97 亿元 (约 1.19 兆元）。柜买指数 (OTC）同步劲扬 8.72 点 (+2.33%），收在 383.75 点。

受惠美股 AI 权值股强势狂飙，集中市场前一交易日三大法人合计大举买超 1,004.06 亿元。其中外资法人单日大举买超 903.08 亿元，创下近期单日买超金额最高纪录，展现强烈回补台股权值股决心；投信法人买超 86.38 亿元，自营商买超 14.57 亿元 (自行买卖卖超 23.27 亿元、避险买超 37.84 亿元）。柜买市场三大法人于上柜股票合计卖超 55.16 亿元 (外资卖超 29.80 亿元，投信卖超 14.68 亿元）。大盘展现价增量锐气势，短线持续维持强势震荡上攻态势。

利基型记忆体 IC 族群 (平均上涨 +8.63%）：受惠国际三大记忆体晶片制造巨头产能全面转向 HBM 与高阶 DDR5，致使 DDR3/DDR4 与 Flash 现货与合约报价急遽上扬。边缘 AI 装置与消费电子备货旺季启动，钰创 (5351）连续 4 个交易日强势亮灯涨停收 96.5 元、晶豪科 (3006-TW）大涨 8.97% 收 237 元、爱普 *(6531-TW）大涨 6.70% 收 414 元。

砷化镓与光通讯族群 (平均上涨 +7.47%）：AI 伺服器带动高速光传输 (CPO / 800G / 1.6T）需求爆发，加上智慧型手机新机 PA 功率放大器备货旺季启动，产业利用率大幅提升。波若威 (3163-TW）大涨 9.84% 收 212 元、全新 (2455-TW）大涨 7.88% 收 198.5 元、宏捷科 (8086-TW）大涨 6.97% 收 153.5 元、环宇 - KY(4991-TW）大涨 9.77% 收 118 元。
