〈财报〉AI支出狂潮助营收翻倍 CoreWeave盘后飙15%

人工智慧 (AI) 基建供应商 CoreWeave(CRWV-US)周二 (11 日) 公布上季营收暴增逾一倍，本季营收预测区间跑赢市场预期，带动盘后股价狂飙 15%。

截稿前，CoreWeave 盘后大涨 14.5%。该股周二稍早收在每股 90.32 美元，今年到周二收盘为止共上涨 26%，跑赢标普 500 指数同期接近 13% 的涨幅。该公司于 2025 年 3 月在那斯达克挂牌上市。

财报出炉后，同为资料中心营运商的 Applied Digital Corp(APLD-US)，和新云业者 Nebius(NBIS-US) 和 IREN(IREN-US)，盘后股价也都同步攀高。

CoreWeave 上季营收较去年同期增加 112% 至 25.8 亿美元，跑赢市场所预测的 25.6 亿美元。净损 6.26 亿美元，高于去年同期的 2.9 亿美元，当时每股亏损 60 美分，经调整后每股亏损 1.03 美元，优于市场所估的亏损 1.2 美元。

该公司目前未完成订单 (backlog) 已跨越 1000 亿美元整数关卡，达 1040 亿美元，而且这还没算进本季新增逾 250 亿美元的承诺。此外，目前已启用的电力容量达 1.5GW。

展望方面，CoreWeave 预估第 3 季营收将介于 34-36 亿美元，以区间中值计算，相当于年增率将达 158%。

CoreWeave 目前预估 2026 年调整后营业利益为 9.6-11.5 亿美元，营收 124-132 亿美元，优于该公司 5 月时预估的调整后营业利益 9-11 亿美元，以及营收 120-130 亿美元。

此外，今年底启用电力容量将超过 1.85GW，全年资本支出预估为 350 亿至 390 亿美元，高于 5 月时预估的 310 亿至 350 亿美元。

成立八年的 CoreWeave 正与云端市场龙头亚马逊 (AMZN-US)、Google(GOOGL-US) 及微软 (MSFT-US) 竞逐资料中心建设，这些资料中心配备可运行生成式人工智慧 (Gen AI) 模型的晶片。然而不同于上述业者，CoreWeave 目前仍未实现获利：截至上季末，其资产负债表上的负债达 350 亿美元，主要用于支应采购辉达 (NVDA-US) 图形处理器 (GPU) 及其他设备的成本。

全美各地监管反弹

美国各地近来对资料中心建设的反对声浪升高，例如纽约州州长 Kathy Hochul 便在 7 月签署行政命令，宣布暂停新建大型资料中心。

CoreWeave 执行长 Mike Intrator 在财报电话会议中表示：「当我们和各位讨论这些数字时，我们是根据目前的进展，以及我们在这里给出的财测来衡量。就目前而言，这些数字都不会受到监管反弹的影响。」

不过，反对声浪仍对公司构成挑战。Intrator 说：「毫无疑问，当美国部分地区甚至不愿意参与相关讨论时，事情就会变得更加困难。」

执行长 Intrator 表示，CoreWeave 在租用辉达晶片方面看到有利趋势。他说：「我们 Blackwell 及 Vera Rubin 系列产品的价格与利润率均创下新高，而前几代产品的价格则维持在多年前的水准或更高。」

财务长 Nitin Agrawal 表示，公司已将零组件价格上涨的成本转嫁给客户。

CoreWeave 上季获得 Meta Platforms(META-US) 宣布追加 210 亿美元支出，另外还宣布与 Anthropic 签订多年期协议，并取得量化交易公司 Jane Street 承诺的 60 亿美元订单。

与此同时，市场竞争正在升温。SpaceX(SPCX-US) 已开始出售多余的运算容量，Meta 也考虑推出云端业务。

财务长 Agrawal 说：「即使竞争加剧，我们仍看到需求、价格及利润率同步扩张，这显示 CoreWeave 产品及整体业务仍具成长空间，而我们所处的总可服务市场 (TAM) 本身已经非常庞大。」
