语音即AI入口！OpenAI推GPT-Live 打造真人般实时对话体验

OpenAI 周三 (9 日) 正式发表全新即时语音模型 GPT-Live，并同步全面升级 ChatGPT Voice，借由原生全双工 (Full-duplex) 即时语音架构，大幅提升 AI 与使用者的自然对话能力。

新模型除了支援即时翻译、语音听写、调整语速、打断对话及理解停顿外，还可在背景自动调用 GPT-5.5、Web Search 等模型与工具，执行复杂推理及联网搜寻，象征语音正式成为 ChatGPT 所有 AI 能力的统一互动入口。

OpenAI 表示，GPT-Live 包含 GPT-Live-1 及 GPT-Live-1 mini 两款模型，目前已开始向全球 ChatGPT 用户分阶段推送，支援 Web、iOS 及 Android 平台，未来数周将开放 API，让开发者及企业客户能将即时语音能力整合至各种产品与应用，相关用户现已可预先登记取得通知。

官方指出，目前每周已有超过 1.5 亿人透过 ChatGPT Voice 及 Dictation 等语音功能与 ChatGPT 互动，显示语音正快速成为 AI 的重要使用方式。市场分析认为，OpenAI 希望未来使用者逐渐减少依赖键盘输入，改以直接与 AI 对话，将语音打造为生成式 AI 时代最重要的人机互动介面。

此次推出的 GPT-Live 并非单一模型，而是区分为两个版本。其中 GPT-Live-1 预设提供 Go、Plus 及 Pro 付费订阅用户使用；GPT-Live-1 mini 则开放免费用户作为预设语音模型。新版已开始陆续推送至全球 Web 版、iOS 及 Android 平台，但先前曾回退新版语音能力的桌面版 ChatGPT，目前仍未重新支援新版语音体验。

OpenAI 表示，相较于现行 Advanced Voice Mode，GPT-Live 最大的提升并非只有反应速度，而是整体语音交流品质。公司为此建立全新的人工评测体系，针对对话舒适度 (pleasantness) 及整体交流流畅性 (flow of conversation) 进行评估，并安排 5 至 10 分钟一对一盲测。

测试结果显示，无论 GPT-Live-1 或 GPT-Live-1 mini，在整体交流体验 (Overall Preference)、轮流说话自然程度(Turn-taking)、遭使用者打断后的恢复能力(Interruptions)、对话流畅性(Conversational Flow)，以及整体是否更接近真人交流(Naturalness) 等多项指标，均明显优于 Advanced Voice Mode，这也是 OpenAI 决定全面取代旧版语音模型的重要原因。

技术方面，GPT-Live 最大的升级在于采用原生全双工语音架构，突破过去 AI 语音助理普遍采用「你说一句、我答一句」的 Turn-based 模式。新模型可一边聆听、一边理解使用者内容，同时即时准备回应，不必等待完整句子结束才开始辨识，因此能判断使用者只是短暂停顿思考，或是真正结束发言；若使用者中途插话，模型也能立即停止回答重新倾听，再自然接续对话，使互动更贴近真人交流。

除对话体验提升外，GPT-Live 还新增多项功能，包括即时双向翻译 (Live Translation)、更精准的语音听写 (Dictation)、更自然的停顿、语调及情绪回馈，并可依照使用者要求即时调整说话速度。例如，当使用者要求「可以说慢一点吗」，模型会直接重新调整语音节奏，而非仅降低音讯播放速度。

OpenAI 强调，GPT-Live 并非只是新的语音模型，而是整个 ChatGPT 能力体系的统一入口。当使用者提出需要复杂推理的问题时，系统可自动切换至 GPT-5.5 处理；若需要查询最新资讯，则可直接调用 Web Search；涉及天气、股票、体育等即时资讯时，也能自动呼叫相应能力，再将结果自然地以语音方式回复，使用者无须手动切换不同模型。

随着语音互动越来越接近真人交流，OpenAI 此次也同步升级安全防护机制。官方表示，当系统侦测到可能涉及不安全内容时，将依风险程度采取不同措施，包括引导模型产生更安全的回复、主动显示安全提醒，若判定属高风险情况，甚至可直接结束语音对话。

针对未成年用户，OpenAI 也将既有家长监护功能延伸至 ChatGPT Voice。家长可直接关闭青少年帐号的语音功能；若已开放使用，而系统侦测到青少年试图将对话导向自残等高风险内容，系统也会主动通知家长，以提升未成年使用安全。

OpenAI 表示，GPT-Live 目前已向全球 ChatGPT 用户陆续开放，并针对 ChatGPT 最常使用的多种语言完成最佳化。不过，官方坦言部分语言仍可能存在非母语口音或流畅度不足等问题，团队将持续改善多语言表现。

此外，新版 GPT-Live 首波推出仍有部分限制，目前尚未支援视讯及萤幕共享语音模式，相关功能仍在开发中。现阶段若使用者需要在视讯或共享画面情境下进行语音互动，仍须使用既有的 ChatGPT Voice(Legacy Voice) 模式。OpenAI 表示，待 API 正式开放后，GPT-Live 将成为提供开发者即时 AI 语音能力的核心模型，进一步推动语音成为 AI 时代的主要互动入口。

能力的统一互动入口。\n\nOpenAI 表示，GPT-Live 包含 GPT-Live-1 及 GPT-Live-1 mini 两款模型，目前已开始向全球 ChatGPT 用户分阶段推送，支援 Web、iOS 及 Android 平台，未来数周将开放 API，让开发者及企业客户能将即时语音能力整合至各种产品与应用，相关用户现已可预先登记取得通知。\n\n官方指出，目前每周已有超过 1.5 亿人透过 ChatGPT Voice 及 Dictation 等语音功能与 ChatGPT 互动，显示语音正快速成为 AI 的重要使用方式。市场分析认为，OpenAI 希望未来使用者逐渐减少依赖键盘输入，改以直接与 AI 对话，将语音打造为生成式 AI 时代最重要的人机互动介面。\n\n此次推出的 GPT-Live 并非单一模型，而是区分为两个版本。其中 GPT-Live-1 预设提供 Go、Plus 及 Pro 付费订阅用户使用；GPT-Live-1 mini 则开放免费用户作为预设语音模型。新版已开始陆续推送至全球 Web 版、iOS 及 Android 平台，但先前曾回退新版语音能力的桌面版 ChatGPT，目前仍未重新支援新版语音体验。\n\nOpenAI 表示，相较于现行 Advanced Voice Mode，GPT-Live 最大的提升并非只有反应速度，而是整体语音交流品质。公司为此建立全新的人工评测体系，针对对话舒适度 (pleasantness) 及整体交流流畅性 (flow of conversation) 进行评估，并安排 5 至 10 分钟一对一盲测。\n\n测试结果显示，无论 GPT-Live-1 或 GPT-Live-1 mini，在整体交流体验 (Overall Preference)、轮流说话自然程度(Turn-taking)、遭使用者打断后的恢复能力(Interruptions)、对话流畅性(Conversational Flow)，以及整体是否更接近真人交流(Naturalness) 等多项指标，均明显优于 Advanced Voice Mode，这也是 OpenAI 决定全面取代旧版语音模型的重要原因。\n\n技术方面，GPT-Live 最大的升级在于采用原生全双工语音架构，突破过去 AI 语音助理普遍采用「你说一句、我答一句」的 Turn-based 模式。新模型可一边聆听、一边理解使用者内容，同时即时准备回应，不必等待完整句子结束才开始辨识，因此能判断使用者只是短暂停顿思考，或是真正结束发言；若使用者中途插话，模型也能立即停止回答重新倾听，再自然接续对话，使互动更贴近真人交流。\n\n除对话体验提升外，GPT-Live 还新增多项功能，包括即时双向翻译 (Live Translation)、更精准的语音听写 (Dictation)、更自然的停顿、语调及情绪回馈，并可依照使用者要求即时调整说话速度。例如，当使用者要求「可以说慢一点吗」，模型会直接重新调整语音节奏，而非仅降低音讯播放速度。\n\nOpenAI 强调，GPT-Live 并非只是新的语音模型，而是整个 ChatGPT 能力体系的统一入口。当使用者提出需要复杂推理的问题时，系统可自动切换至 GPT-5.5 处理；若需要查询最新资讯，则可直接调用 Web Search；涉及天气、股票、体育等即时资讯时，也能自动呼叫相应能力，再将结果自然地以语音方式回复，使用者无须手动切换不同模型。\n\n随着语音互动越来越接近真人交流，OpenAI 此次也同步升级安全防护机制。官方表示，当系统侦测到可能涉及不安全内容时，将依风险程度采取不同措施，包括引导模型产生更安全的回复、主动显示安全提醒，若判定属高风险情况，甚至可直接结束语音对话。\n\n针对未成年用户，OpenAI 也将既有家长监护功能延伸至 ChatGPT Voice。家长可直接关闭青少年帐号的语音功能；若已开放使用，而系统侦测到青少年试图将对话导向自残等高风险内容，系统也会主动通知家长，以提升未成年使用安全。\n\nOpenAI 表示，GPT-Live 目前已向全球 ChatGPT 用户陆续开放，并针对 ChatGPT 最常使用的多种语言完成最佳化。不过，官方坦言部分语言仍可能存在非母语口音或流畅度不足等问题，团队将持续改善多语言表现。\n\n此外，新版 GPT-Live 首波推出仍有部分限制，目前尚未支援视讯及萤幕共享语音模式，相关功能仍在开发中。现阶段若使用者需要在视讯或共享画面情境下进行语音互动，仍须使用既有的 ChatGPT Voice(Legacy Voice) 模式。OpenAI 表示，待 API
