台湾大宣布，透过全资子公司台信电讯公开收购精诚普通股，目标增持至少 39%，总持股将过半，全案收购价金上限达 291.3 亿元。总经理林之晨指出，取得过半股权后，最快今年可大幅提升双方营收与获利。
